CONTRACT DESCRIPTIONS

OMNI operates the Training Support Center for the U.S. Army Infantry Center
and School. Teamed with a large-business subcontractor, OMNI provides management,
planning, production and cost control, photographic services, graphic arts
services, training devices fabrication and repair services and property management
services. The contractor team designs and builds state-of-the-art computer
based marksmanship trainers. Within the property management branch, OMNI employees
lend and issue a wide variety of training equipment, ranging from ammunition
and mine mock-ups to a large amount of MILES equipment. MILES, or Multiple
Integrated Laser Engagement System, is a system of laser transmitters and
receivers that are used by military units to conduct realistic, simulated

Performing as a subcontractor to the Department of Commerce's PTO, OMNI transports
truckloads of patent and trademark applications between several PTO buildings
